March Madness

Dear Mom,

My Hero shoveled about 8 inches of snow off the driveway this morning. Another inch or two is expected before it all ends this afternoon. This is reportedly a 100-year record breaking snowfall.
Buried under that snow, in the front yard, crocuses are blooming.....
Love,
Kim

Kim, Sandy C. here. I use to knit with Wendy at Yarn and Fabrications in West Chester. I was wondering if you were aware that there is a new fiber arts studio in Lebanon, ohio started by Abby Franquemont. Not only has she started this studio for classes, workshops and the fiber community, she has a Stringtopia Retreat the last weekend in April at the Golden Lamb Inn in Lebanon. Stringtopia.net for the website and Stringtopia and Friends of Abbys Yarns threads on Ravelry. If you have not heard of her, just google her name. She wrote Respect the Spindle and travels all the time teaching classes on a variety of things.
