February 17, 1967

Dear Mom,
On this special day, 43 years ago, you brought twins into our world!  In the months prior, Kim wished for a girl and I wanted a boy.

"Twice as much to love, two blessings from above."

"The Twins" were happy, healthy, rolly polly babies!

Now that I'm a mom, I can't imagine how you did it...Kim was in kindergarten, I was only 4, and then you had two new babies to care for.  Phew!!

"It's double the giggles and double the grins, and double the trouble if you're blessed with twins."

At 17 months, The Twins were already partners in crime.

Wonderful photos and memories. I was in high school when the Twins were born. As a young childless wife, I remember your mother driving up to our house and unloading bundles of human energy along with my Avon order! The Four Siblings were adorable. I particularly remember Boy Twin coming to our house on the canal with his fishing pole, using a paper clip as his hook.

Happy Birthday to Wendy and her Mystery Twin!

This was delightful.

Your mom must have been one smart, busy lady during those years. I am so impressed with the life skills she taught her daughters.

Thanks for sharing the photos. There is absolutely no doubt where Henry and Audrey got their good looks. Charis got her good looks from Wendy, too, but the hair proves the milkman had to have something to do with it, too. :)
